Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, coach staff, ensure safe, high-quality service, and step in as Manager on Duty as needed. We provide paid training to teach the Take 5 standards.

The role includes training new team members, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a culture of responsive customer care in a busy automotive service environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills and comfort providing direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Initiative, accountability, and follow-through on responsibilities.
• The ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
• The ability to meet applicable age and certification requirements, including Inspector Certification when required.
