Take 5 Family in El Paso, TX is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and provide excellent customer service. You will step in for the Shop Manager when needed, supervise the floor, train teammates, and help open/close the shop while maintaining a clean, well‑stocked environment.

Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced oil-change setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check in with customers to ensure a great experience

• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments
• Train and develop subordinates; be a role model
• Ensure accountability of team members
• Perform technician duties such as oil changes and related services
• Maintain shop cleanliness and restock supplies
