Take 5 Oil Change, part of Driven Brands Inc., is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Ohio. The role supports the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a fast, friendly customer experience on the shop floor. You may serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality service.

Paid hands-on training will teach the Take 5 standards. Automotive experience is valued but not required, and there are clear paths for growth into leadership roles based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and coordinate workflow.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing safety and service standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take on additional leadership when the Shop Manager is unavailable.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
