Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced team and deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will support daily operations, train new staff, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed to keep shop running smoothly.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure services are completed safely and to company standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and shop communications.
