Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and delivering a fast, friendly customer experience. Automotive experience is valued but not required, with paid hands-on training provided to learn the Take 5 standards.

You will act as Manager on Duty as needed, help manage inventory, coach staff, and uphold safety and service quality while guiding the team toward leadership growth through strong performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations on the shop floor and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinating workflow and helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Model and reinforce fast, friendly customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and assist with daily inventory counts and adjustments.
