Qualifications

• 6+ months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6+ months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills for directing and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when needed and coordinate workflow.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support inventory tasks.
