Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Kahului team. You will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and support sales and service performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training, budgeting and expense control, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 2 years in branch operations and 1 year supervisory experience are required; a HS diploma is required

Position: Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $43,493 to $60,320/year (Depending on experience)

Experience

• 2 years of experience in branch operations required
• 1 year of supervisory experience required (Head Teller, Service Manager Associate, or equivalent external supervisory experience)

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm
