Qualifications

• Supervise Field Service and Main Shop teams.
• Improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor service expenses and profitability.
• Maintain WIP and meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety policies and report incidents.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and warranty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage service personnel.
• Maintain existing sales and increase sales to existing and new customers.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving problems promptly.
• Manage service expenses and profitability.
• Maintain service KPI results to acceptable levels.
• Ensure all warranties are met.
