• Manage and hire service advisors and porters.
• Interview and make new hires.
• Prioritize required services.
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries to ensure the customer has the best experience.
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
