Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training or certification is a plus.
• Several years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and diagnostic equipment.

• Order necessary parts and materials to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety meetings and training for shop staff.
• Address and correct safety violations promptly.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of shop equipment and tools.
• Schedule regular inspections and servicing of shop machinery.
