Gerry Lane Buick in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to oversee the Service Advisors and porters, ensuring staff follow procedures and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on leadership, process adherence, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

You will manage hiring, prioritize services, and maintain a positive dealership experience for every guest, providing concierge support via phone or in person.

Formación

• Experience As Dealership Service Manager or Advisor
• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage and hire service advisors and porters
• Interview and make new hires
• Prioritize required services
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure the customer has best experience
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
