Essential Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain community facilities, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Be creative and a problem solver, attentive to detail, manage time effectively, and learn quickly.
• Respond promptly to service requests, collaborating with teammates to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Monitor apartment vacancies, initiate the turnover process including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce costly repairs.
• Inspect the property regularly for cleanliness and safety to maintain curb appeal.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Rotating on-call for after-hours emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• EPA license preferred; EPA Universal or HVAC certification required

Hilltop Residential will cover the cost of certification if you meet all other requirements and are selected for the role.
