Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair community facilities, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting. Training provided.
• Be a creative problem solver, attentive to detail, and manage time effectively.
• Respond promptly to service requests, collaborate with team members, and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Monitor apartment turnovers, coordinate repairs, cleaning, and painting.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce repairs.
• Inspect the property regularly for cleanliness and safety to maintain curb appeal.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• On-call availability for emergencies
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• EPA license preferred; certification will be supported by Hilltop if not already obtained
