We are seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Service, and People, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Supervise service in the Front of House
• Enforce employment policies in collaboration with management
• Approve all Front of House side work
• Provide and oversee thorough training
• Set the pace during peak times in the Front of House
• Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
• Ensure 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development
• Lead by example to develop employees and assistants
• Cross-train employees
• Oversee scheduling of designated departments
• Develop promotions to drive sales and conduct rallies as directed
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Help manage guest flow
• Assist with liquor inventory and ordering
• Support local marketing efforts to increase sales
• Uphold the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
