Job Overview

We are looking for a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations. If you are passionate about Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities

1. Oversees service in the Front of House.
2. Enforces compliance with all employment policies in conjunction with management.
3. Oversees and approves all Front of House side work.
4. Provides and oversees thorough training.
5. Works during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House.
6. Manages through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed.
7. Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development.
8. Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
9. Helps cross-train employees.
10. Oversees scheduling of designated departments.
11. Develops promotions and incentives to drive sales.
12. Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training.
13. Practices safe food handling procedures.
14. Maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant.
15. Helps control guest flow.
16. Assists with liquor inventory and ordering.
17. Supports building sales with the Local Store Marketer.
18. Maintains the restaurant’s culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.
