Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing daily Front of House operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • Oversee service in the Front of House
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
  • Approve all Front of House side work
  • Provide and oversee thorough training
  • Work during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
  • Ensure 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development
  • Lead by example to develop employees and assistants
  • Help cross-train employees
  • Oversee scheduling of designated departments as directed by the Service Manager
  • Develop promotions and incentives to drive sales and conduct rallies
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Assist with managing guest flow
  • Assist with liquor inventory and ordering
  • Support the Local Store Marketer in building sales
  • Maintain the restaurant's culture and live our core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
