Responsibilities

• Oversee service in the Front of House
• Enforce compliance with employment policies
• Approve all Front of House side work and provide training
• Work during peak times to set the pace
• Supervise restaurant activities, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
• Ensure 100% customer visitation to gather insights and improve experiences
• Lead by example to develop employees
• Cross-train staff
• Manage scheduling and develop sales promotions
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and food safety
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
