We are seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing daily Front of House operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Service, and People, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Oversee service in the Front of House
• Enforce compliance with employment policies
• Approve all Front of House side work
• Provide and oversee thorough training
• Set the pace during peak times
• Supervise restaurant operations, including assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed
• Ensure 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and develop sales strategies
• Lead by example to develop employees
• Cross-train staff
• Manage scheduling as directed
• Develop promotions to drive sales and conduct rallies
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Practice safe food handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Help control guest flow
• Assist with liquor inventory and ordering
• Support local marketing efforts to increase sales
