Pay: $43,000 - $70,000 annually

We are seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in managing daily Front of House operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Service Manager:

• Oversee service in the Front of House
• Ensure compliance with employment policies
• Approve all Front of House side work
• Provide and oversee training
• Work during peak times to set the pace
• Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking
• Ensure 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and support sales strategies
• Lead by example to develop employees
• Cross-train employees
• Oversee scheduling as directed
• Develop sales promotions and conduct rallies
• Ensure responsible alcohol service compliance
• Practice safe food handling
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with guest flow and liquor inventory
• Support local marketing efforts
