Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.

• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team when the Service Manager is not on site and ensure safety and customer service standards.
• Educate customers about vehicle conditions and VIP processes.
• Manage dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant service department.
• Communicate with management and participate in store meetings and training.
