• Coach an interactive team of specialists to educate and drive new behaviors and processes.
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead customer-driven change.
• Assist with budgets and financial aspects to improve efficiency.
• Protect security and privacy of customer information and handle related issues.
• Perform Service Experience, Cash Room and Communications procedures as applicable.
