Nordstrom seeks an Assistant Service Experience Manager to drive a superior customer experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. You will coach a specialist team, promote education and new behaviors, and partner with merchandising to implement customer-driven initiatives.

The role involves assisting with budgets, protecting customer data, and ensuring adherence to service and cash-room procedures while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation that enhance the customers experience.
• Assist the Service Experience Manager in coaching a team to drive education and adoption of new behaviors and processes.
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead customer driven initiatives.
• Assist with budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Protect security and privacy of customer information and educate on compliance.
• Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
