You will support the Service Experience Manager, coach a team of specialists, partner with merchandising and store teams to implement customer-driven initiatives, assist with budgets and security of customer information, and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer service and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own disciplines and adopt new processes with technology to enhance customer experience.
• Assist in coaching a team of specialists to drive education and adopt new behaviors.
• Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to lead change for customer initiatives.
• Assist with budgets and financial aspects to drive efficiencies.
