Tharp Consulting is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support daily operations and lead a team in delivering excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educate guests on vehicle care, and help build a high-performance team that earns customer loyalty.

You will manage schedules, assist with inventory and audits, and uphold safety and company policies to maintain a clean, organized service area.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in retail or service
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in KPI data analysis
• Schedule flexibility
• Fluency in English
• Physical ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled conditions
