This full-time position emphasizes mentoring, scheduling insights, and running a profitable salon, including onboarding new talent and ensuring safety and standards are met to keep the shop thriving.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Must have the stamina to stand long hours and perform all salon services with precision.
• Previous leadership is a plus, but a great attitude, math skills for inventory/cash, and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor teammates to hit goals and grow their careers.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support marketing efforts to drive local partnerships and campaigns.
