Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who can balance behind-the-chair artistry with leadership. As the Right Hand to the Salon Leader, you’ll energize the team, manage the guest experience, and help keep the schedule running smoothly.

You’ll mentor stylists, track performance, and contribute to a profitable salon while maintaining a positive culture and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Full-time leadership role (40 hours/week).
• Stand for long periods and perform all salon services.
• Great attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and stellar communication.
• Bring personal equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor while supporting the Salon Leader.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model.
• Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support marketing efforts with local partnerships and digital campaigns.
