Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-focused environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, model excellent service, and lead by example in all operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and achieving productivity goals, with opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands’ Sun Tan City network.

Qualifications

• Experience in management and/or sales preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred; customer service focus.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and assist with Salon Director duties.
• Support top-line revenue while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends to provide management coverage.
• Have reliable transportation to bank visits as needed.
• Work five days per week, roughly 40–45 hours depending on status.
