Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance, lead tanning consultants, and foster exceptional client service. You will manage daily salon operations, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, clean environment while achieving productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Growth opportunities exist within Glow Brands' growing network across multiple states.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Help manage top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends as required to provide management coverage.
