Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy, client-centric team in a fast-paced tanning salon environment. You will drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming salon.

Ideal candidates have leadership skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and team leadership.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of sales and client service practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and mentor Team Members to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Ensure proper staffing levels to maximize productivity and service.
• Provide management coverage during nights and weekends.
• Maintain a ~40 hour work schedule across five days.
