Sun Tan City is seeking an ambitious Assistant Salon Director to foster a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, model exceptional service, and lead by example to achieve productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, team coaching, and the ability to manage operations with a focus on profitability. Excellent communication and a passion for guest experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and mentor in supervisory practices.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
• Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed.
• Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status.
