Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to uphold a high-energy, client-centric service culture and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, mentor team members, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and experience in fast-paced retail settings. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is common; benefits accompany full-time employment.

Formación

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
