Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure exceptional service while meeting productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and hands-on management of daily operations, inventory, and staffing. A willingness to work nights, Saturdays and Sundays is required to provide coverage.

Qualifications

• College education is preferred but not required.
• Experience in management and/or sales is required.
• Ability to coach and mentor while leading a team.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate reports, manage inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Help control revenue and expenses while maintaining staffing levels.
