Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director with leadership experience to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client service. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and help maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching and training, generating sales reports, and assisting the Salon Director with revenue and expense control.

Formación

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
