Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, positive environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage operations, inventory, and staffing to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Weekend coverage may be required.
