Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, customer-focused environment. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, drive store performance, and uphold operational excellence to meet productivity goals. Lead by example, coach peers, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes schedule flexibility, five-day weeks, and a focus on boosting revenue while maintaining staff efficiency and customer service quality.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership with coaching/mentoring ability and supervisory knowledge.
• Team-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example, create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, impeccably clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Support the Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses.
