Sun Tan City - Mason Group is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, positive environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, deliver exceptional client experiences, and lead operations to meet productivity goals.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and hands-on management in a salon setting, with emphasis on client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director duties.
• Help manage top-line revenue and expenses.
