Sun Tan City - Mason Group is seeking a Salon Director to lead and supervise daily operations, ensuring top client experiences and staff development. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance to deliver the Sun Tan City standard of service.

In this role, you will manage staffing levels, maintain salon cleanliness, and drive sales and operational excellence while modeling Sun Tan City values and ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Monitor operations and ensure client satisfaction.
