Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric store environment and drive performance. You will supervise tanning consultants, coach staff, and lead by example to meet sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service and operational excellence, with opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced retail setting and varied scheduling.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to coach and mentor.
• Team building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Establish goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help manage top-line revenue and expenses, and staffing levels for productivity and service.
