Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or 1-2 years industry experience or equivalent education.
• Basic computer and technology skills within a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and referrals for at-need and pre-need arrangements using company tools and standards.
• Prospect 4 hours daily for outreach via in-person events, door-knocking, or seminars.
• Obtain referrals by visiting families after services.
• Build community relationships and network with local organizations.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families and referrals.
