• Support the franchisee in studio operations and profitability goals.
• Lead ongoing development, training, and support of the sales team and coaches.
• Achieve performance metrics such as revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facility maintenance.
• Attend all scheduled monthly meetings and corporate webinars.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet studio demand within budget.
• Host weekly staff meetings and one‑on‑one monthly meetings with each sales associate and coach.
• Plan and promote special events for the studio each month.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
• Coach staff as needed.
