Job summary

BODY20 Lake Oswego is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee studio operations and ensure profitability. The role includes supporting the Sales Team, achieving performance metrics, and maintaining a clean and operational studio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, with a passion for fitness and team development. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, with various benefits including training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results.
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry.
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.

• Work directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability.
• Provide leadership through ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches.
• Achieve top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, and cost controls.

Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
• Provide leadership through ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Achieve top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• Coach for 20 hours
• Attend all directed monthly meetings and Corporate Webinars
• Ensure necessary staffing levels while staying within budget
• Host weekly staff meetings and one‑on‑one monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Ensure front desk procedures are followed, including member check‑in, phone inquiries, past‑due account procedures, and customer care calls
• Plan and promote special events monthly
• Ensure facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
