Job Responsibilities

The role is responsible for achieving annual pre-need sales volume and margin goals of the sales team as well as individual sales production. It involves observing sales representatives during meetings, providing feedback, tracking sales trends, addressing gaps, and managing underperformance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation (60%): Qualify leads, present pre-need services, close sales, and generate leads through community engagement.
  • Administrative Tasks (20%): Ensure accurate paperwork, build community relationships, develop sales goals, and manage budgets and expenses.
  • People Development (20%): Coach team members, develop skills, manage staffing, and address performance issues.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent (advanced education preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
Experience
  • 1-2 years of sales management experience
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with in-home sales, public speaking, and CRM systems is desirable
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong administrative, presentation, and computer skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate compassionately
Work Conditions
  • Primarily indoor environment, professional attire required
  • Frequent sitting or standing, some travel
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonuses and commissions. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
