Status: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our team in Austin, TX. You will work directly with clients to provide exceptional consultation experiences, help create treatment packages, explore financing options, and support the Clinic Manager in driving sales and overseeing daily operations. You will also lead the team and manage clinic functions in the absence of the Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to assess needs and recommend personalized solutions
• Present and negotiate financing options with clients
• Promote upselling and additional services
• Engage with clients to foster satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and exceptional service
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and client communications
• Maintain and update client records and facilitate reviews
• Support medical staff by maintaining treatment rooms
• Perform opening/closing duties and process transactions
• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support organizational goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience in a commission-driven environment preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with computers and sales software
• Availability to work 40 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
