Job description

Designation - Assistant Sales Manager

Work Location: Work from Home, Gujarat Region. Candidates only from Gujarat region will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle the entire Gujarat region independently, traveling across the region to generate business and revenue.
  2. Achieve regional sales targets and submit weekly reports to the Vertical Heads.
  3. Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  4. Coordinate with Vertical Heads for technical support or commercial clarifications related to special pricing.
  5. Study competitors' activities, strengths, weaknesses, sales and marketing strategies, and stay updated on sales contracts within the market.
  6. Coordinate with the Customer Service department and regional coordinators to meet customer delivery requirements.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of customer lists, mailing lists, and other sensitive company information.
  8. Conduct product demonstrations at customers' workplaces.
  9. Manage distributors and monitor their activities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with institutional sectors.

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Skills: Good communication skills.

Experience: 8-10 years in Sales, including 4-5 years in industrial sales.

Other Requirements: Candidates from Gujarat region will be preferred. Willing to travel across Gujarat. Age limit: up to 45-48 years.
