Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

About The Job

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our NGS Sales team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This entry-level role aims to develop future sales leaders through hands-on experience, working closely with senior sales managers and cross-functional teams to support business growth and understand the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand Psomagen’s services to support customers effectively.
  • Drive Psomagen’s omics services to new customers within the designated territory.
  • Use verbal and written communication to influence customers, nurture sales leads, and close sales.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, project management, and internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts across various sectors and develop relationships with business leaders and decision makers.
  • Maintain and update all account/contact details within Psomagen’s CRM (HubSpot), including deal management and daily communications.
  • Identify trends in application areas and omics usage to leverage sales growth.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with services and transactions.
Qualifications & Preferences
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences; experience in NGS sales is a plus.
  • Strong character, professionalism, and a passion for learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual in Korean is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and meetings.
