Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our team in Austin (South), TX. You will work directly with clients to provide exceptional consultation experiences, create tailored treatment packages, and explore financing options. In partnership with the Clinic Manager, you will drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure a top-tier client experience. Additionally, you will manage the team and operations in the Clinic Manager's absence to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to identify needs and recommend personalized solutions
• Present and negotiate financing options to clients
• Promote upselling and additional services
• Engage with clients to maximize satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Model exceptional service and uphold high professionalism standards
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communication
• Maintain and update client records and facilitate reviews
• Support medical staff by maintaining treatment rooms
• Perform opening and closing duties, process transactions
• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience in a commission-driven environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in computer and sales software
• Availability to work 40 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
