My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support its retail team. Your role involves assisting the Store Manager in coaching and leading team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote AT&T products and services.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and team sales goals
• Assist in store operations, staffing, and inventory management
• Train and develop team members

• Participate in marketing activities

Qualifications:

• Management experience, preferably in wireless retail
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual abilities and a Bachelor's degree are preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:
