Job description

Experience Required: 3–5 years (preferably in Pharma or Electronic Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-field sales activities, developing strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical sector, and driving revenue growth. Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering background, especially in Electronics, and prior experience in the pharmaceutical machinery or medical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-field sales visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in target markets.
  • Understand technical product specifications and provide solutions as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and production teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related technical field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and client proposals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, lab equipment, or medical electronics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Prior experience dealing with hospitals, labs, or pharma manufacturing units.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
