Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our team in Louisville (West), KY. You will work directly with clients to provide exceptional consultation experiences, help create personalized treatment packages, and explore financing options. In partnership with the Clinic Manager, you will drive sales performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure a world-class client experience. Additionally, you will manage the team and clinic operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Lead client consultations to identify needs and recommend solutions
2. Present and negotiate financing options
3. Promote upselling and additional services
4. Engage with clients to maximize satisfaction and build long-term relationships
5. Deliver exceptional service and uphold professional standards
6. Manage scheduling, appointments, and client communication
7. Maintain client records and facilitate reviews
8. Support medical staff by maintaining treatment rooms
9. Perform opening/closing duties and handle financial transactions
10. Lead daily operations in the Clinic Manager's absence
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
2. Experience in a commission-driven environment preferred
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Maintain confidentiality
6. Proficiency with computers and sales software
7. Availability to work 40 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
