Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking an Assistant Rooms Manager to oversee the Rooms Division, including front office, guest services and housekeeping. The role offers growth by working across multiple outlets and venues within the resort, with responsibilities in scheduling, forecasting and training.

The ideal candidate will show leadership, guest-focused service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Operations preferred.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems.
• Flexible to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
